Fighting Sickle Cell One Warrior at a Time

The Obi Ogbonnia Sickle Cell Foundation (OOSCF) is a Nigerian non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for sickle cell disease warriors through health insurance enrolment, scholarship funding, food assurance programmes, digital literacy, and psychosocial support.

Founded in honour of a relentless warrior, OOSCF operates across 12 states in Nigeria — partnering with healthcare institutions, corporate organisations, and volunteers to ensure no warrior fights alone.
